    Chemical
  • Adopt fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tower + stainless steel spray system to withstand corrosion from acidic gases such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.

  • Configure wide-spacing fillers and self-clean nozzles to prevent polymer residues from blocking the flow channel.

    Metallurgy
  • A cyclone dust collector is installed on the top of the tower, and multi filters are set at the air inlet to reduce dust adhesion to the heat exchange surface.

  • Use a large-flow, low-lift water pump+wide-angle solid cone nozzle to address the scaling problem caused by calcium and magnesium ions in circulating water.

    Pharmaceutical

  • The seawater cooling tower uses titanium alloy heat exchange tubes and FRP material, and its lifetime is more than 3 times longer than that of carbon steel.
